Secure payment

Transactions made on this site are secured by the PayZen online payment platform . This solution is a brand of the Lyra Network group, a recognized payment operator in the banking sector. PayZen ensures the optimal security of your data thanks to its PCI DSS certification and the use of the TLS protocol which encrypts all information related to your payment. At no time will your bank details appear in the clear or be given to merchants.

The customer's payment is made in a secure environment without going through the store's server. The customer's bank identifiers are known only to LCDA PETS UK LTD's banking partner: the CIC.
 

Means of payment

1. Create your account if you haven't already.
2. Add the products to your basket by clicking on “add to basket”. You can also modify the quantities on the payment page before validating your order. The + and - signs will allow you to adjust the number of items you want.
3. Make your payment by selecting the desired payment method (see below)
4. Review your order and confirm your payment.
5. Your PayPal account or your bank account is debited.
